The start of a new program year—and new assessments—has been a great opportunity to draw English language learners into the new Windham VAL center on Technology Drive in Brattleboro! Students can get advising appointments, take classes, and use the spacious new facilities.
In addition to English classes, VAL’s Windham Team is offering English for CDL, Computer Literacy, Reading & Writing Skills, English for Licensed Nursing Assistants, and US Citizenship Preparation. Many of our CDL and LNA students augment their classroom instruction with EnGen, on online platform for independent work to build workforce-aligned skills. We’re grateful to our partners at the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation (BDCC) for generously sponsoring EnGen licenses for our students!
