VAL Receives $5,000 Donation From Heritage Family Credit Union

Earlier this week, our Development and Communications Director and Regional Director for Rutland County attended the Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region (CEDRR) Holiday Mixer to accept a $5,000 check from the Heritage Family Cares 4 You Foundation. VAL was one of five donation recipients, alongside the Brandon Artists Guild, Come Alive Outside, Dodge House, and New Story Center. The whole VAL team is incredibly grateful to Heritage Family Credit Union for the generous support of nonprofits like ours, and to CEDRR for creating a fantastic evening that brought people together in celebration and community! This contribution to our mission makes a real difference for our learners who are working hard to build new opportunities.
