Each year, communities across the country celebrate the work of civil rights activist Martin Luther King Jr. For many agencies, including VAL, this means closing down for the holiday. We wanted to take this opportunity to share some ways we can all take this day to focus on learning and public service in honor of Dr. King’s legacy, as well as upcoming relevant events:
