April is National Volunteer Month, and an opportunity to express our gratitude for the many VAL volunteers who donate their time to help our students shine! Our volunteers contribute to our mission by helping learners:
- Strengthen their reading, writing, math and/or computer skills
- Learn English
- Prepare for the GED, TABE and/or Citizenship exam
- Realize their educational and career goals
