Marcy Stevens, a resident of Jamaica (VT), serves as a student representative on Vermont Adult Learning’s Board of Trustees. Marcy is a current student at the nonprofit’s Brattleboro Learning Center as well as a student at the Community College of Vermont. She enjoys reading for pleasure, gardening, and hiking in her free time. She plans to earn a degree in Behavioral Science.
“I am excited to serve on the Board, providing input and feedback that will be useful to such an important cause,” Stephens said. “I am grateful for the opportunities that are opening up to me and serving on the Board is a way I can show my gratitude.”
